Caring For Your Newly Seeded Lawn

Once installed WATERING IS THE HOMEOWNERS RESPONSIBILITY.  General watering rules to follow are: after the grass is installed, you should water it for 14-21 days to ensure proper germination.  If you are unable to water your lawn, the seed will not be able to germinate.  The amount of seed that will grow reduces the amount of time it sits on the ground.  After the seed had germinated, you can then follow a normal watering schedule.
